KeePass Password Safe 是一款免費的密碼管理軟體，支援 Windows 7/8/10/11 (32 & 64 位元)。這些密碼包括電腦登入、連線上網、E-mail 信箱、以及登入個人部落格、推特、Facebook 等所用的密碼。由於人類的記憶有限，這麼多的密碼不可能一一牢記，KeePass Password Safe 就是專門為解決人類記不得眾多密碼的問題所產生的。現在有了此一密碼管理工具，您的所有密碼都可交由它來管理了。它使用「資料庫密碼」及「鑰匙檔案」來保護您的密碼檔。而您的密碼檔也可以輸出成 TXT, HTML, XML 和 CSV 檔。

軟體下載回來後，也別忘了下載繁體中文語系檔。繁體中文語系檔為 ZIP 格式，請在解壓縮後把 TraditionalChinese.lngx 複製到 KeePass Password Safe 下的 Languages 資料夾。程式開啟後，在主視窗功能表點選【View】→【Change Language】，然後再點選「Traditional Chinese」就能變更語系，程式會跳出詢問視窗，請按「Yes」，程式會自動重新啟動，並以繁體中文介面呈現。

KeePass Password Safe is a free open source password manager, which helps you to manage your passwords in a secure way. You can put all your passwords in one database, which is locked with one master key or a key file. So you only have to remember one single master password or select the key file to unlock the whole database. The databases are encrypted using the best and most secure encryption algorithms currently known (AES and Twofish).

The program also includes a password generator and synchronization function and supporting two-factor authentication and a Secure Desktop mode. You also have access to a two-channel auto-type obfuscation feature that can offer additional protection against keyloggers. The application allows you to import from over 30 other most commonly used password managers.
