Joplin 是一款免費且開放原始碼的記事本與代辦事項軟體，支援 Windows 7/8/10/11。這款軟體可以處理大量的筆記，而這些筆記是以 Markdown 標記格式來儲存；筆記可以添加圖像及其他檔案作為附件。您可以直接在此軟體中搜尋、複製和修改筆記或設定標籤。

這款免費軟體簡單易用，任何人都可以快速地建立新的筆記、代辦事項或記事本。使用者甚至可以透過 .enex 檔從 Evernote 匯入筆記，包括格式化內容 (會被轉換為 Markdown)、資源 (圖像、附件等) 和完整的中繼資料 (地理位置、更新時間、建立時間等)，或是從其他應用程式匯入 Markdown 檔或純文字檔。另外，程式可以 .jex 檔格式匯出筆記。

筆記可以使用 Joplin Cloud 雲端硬碟來進行同步，這樣筆記就可以在您的手機、電腦、平板電腦等上使用。除了 Joplin Cloud 外，筆記還可透過 Dropbox 和 OneDrive 等雲端硬碟來進行同步。再者，它還可讓您發布筆記，並與您的朋友、家人或同事分享筆記或在記事本上進行協作。程式採用最新的端到端加密 (end-to-end encryption, E2EE) 技術為所有資料加密，包括筆記、記事本及附件。

注意：程式首次啟動後為簡體中文介面，請從功能選單的「工具」→「選項」→「一般選項」→「語言」下拉式選單中選取「中文 (繁體)」，按下「確定」後即變成繁體中文介面。

The program is an open source note taking and to-do application, which can handle a large number of notes organized into notebooks. The notes are searchable, can be copied, tagged and modified. Images and other files can be attached to notes.

The notes can be synchronized with your other devices via Nextcloud, Dropbox, OneDrive or Joplin Cloud. Joplin is also available for Windows, macOS and Linux and all can synchronize with each other so your notes can be available on your mobile phone, computer, tablet, etc.
