Free Photo Blemish Remover 是一款專門用來移除圖片上的污點、斑點及其他瑕疵的影像工具，支援 Windows XP/Vista/7/8。這款免費軟體對於修整皮膚或臉部的斑點、污點、粉刺和青春痘特別有用，不適合用來修整面積比較大的瑕疵。

Free Photo Blemish Remover 的使用方法非常簡單。首先開啟或拖放要修整的圖片，只要用滑鼠點選圖片上的斑點、該斑點就會自動被另一區域的樣本所取代。這一過程大多會用到兩個相連的圓圈：一是目標圓圈 (顏色較深)，指斑點所在的區域，另一是樣本圓圈，指圖片上要用來取代斑點的區域。使用者可根據要修整的斑點或污點多寡而使用多個目標圓圈，而點選某個目標圓圈後可拖曳與其相連的樣本圓圈來變換樣本區域。若要移除圓圈，只要選取特定目標圓圈，然後按 Delete 鍵即可。若要隱藏圓圈以檢視修整效果，則將滑鼠移到圖片修整區外面。

您可調整視窗右邊的 Size 或用滑鼠滾輪來放大或縮小目標圓圈以增減選取範圍。此外，程式亦可讓您調整不透明度 (opacity) 來調整目標區域的透明度以及進行曝光 (Exposure)、對比 (Contrast)、飽和 (Saturation) 等的顏色調整。完成後要記得按 Ctrl + S 另存新檔。
